This document can help you fix problems with Seduo services being unavailable in your company. It contains the IP address ranges and domains that our service uses. If something is not working properly, it might be because your company's firewall has strict restrictions on accessing web services or incoming email. In that case, you need to enable the service mentioned in this document. Please share this document with your IT department.

The following scopes are recommended to be included in your IT department to ensure students have access to the full content of Seduo services. We serve applications and media content from the specified IP address ranges.

When sending B2B emails (business e-mail addresses), you may encounter delivery problems caused by the receiving party, usually because of strictly set company's firewall. To improve the deliverability of your B2B emails, we recommend that your IT department assign the following IP address and domain ranges.

For all Seduo e-mails it should be sufficient to allow only domain names. Domains have set SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records. For all external services, domains are authorised. If for some reason this is not enough, there are the IP ranges for each service.

In the case of e-mails from the domains seduofirmy.cz, seduofirmy.sk, firmyseduo.pl and nowosciseduo.pl in addition to the Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) service, e-mails might be also sent by the Intercom service, which does not have a fixed range of IP addresses and may change over time.
